• Taxes, as applicable, will be added to the total charge. Users are responsible for any applicable tax liabilities.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
• Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and access to the service will continue until that period ends.
• X0PA AI does not charge cancellation fees, but users are responsible for any outstanding charges before cancellation takes effect.

Refunds:

Any refund of payment made to X0PA shall be at the sole discretion of X0PA.

• Refunds are only applicable in cases where X0PA AI fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to a technical or operational fault attributable to the company.
• Our team will review the request and respond within 14 business days.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days and issued via the original payment method.
• Refunds will not be issued for partial usage, unused portions of a subscription, or change of mind after successful service activation.
• If a user violates our Terms and Conditions, they are not eligible for a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• X0PA AI provides digital services; hence, no physical shipping is involved.
• Access to the service is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• If there are delays in service activation, users should contact our support team for resolution.
• In cases where service activation is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, X0PA AI will notify users and work to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

• X0PA AI collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Indian data protection laws.

6. User Responsibilities

7. Limitation of Liability

• X0PA AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
• X0PA AI’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the last 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for any downtime or data loss due to unforeseen technical issues.

8. Termination of Services

• X0PA AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without notice if they violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Users who engage in fraudulent or illegal activities may be permanently banned from using X0PA AI’s services.
• Termination of services does not exempt users from outstanding payment obligations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• X0PA AI reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
