Iguality uses a proprietary two-way matching algorithm to allocate resources efficiently. Our system provides a capability score to determine how suitable a student is to an available job, matched with a compatibility score to determine how suitable a student is to the company offering the job.
Universities must first onboard X0pa for their students to be able to participate, and students can then opt-in to the process by registering to the platform themselves or having the university import them into the system.
Once student data is uploaded in the system, universities can use the messaging platform to keep students up to date on new postings, the status of their applications, and other updates. This platform can send notifications to students through more than 30 different communication channels.
When both grads and job postings are entered into the system, Iguality will begin running placement analytics, creating matches based on several different factors and insights. These analytics include universities, students, jobs, companies, industries, skills, majors, salaries, predictive analytics, and industry experience-based insights.
Companies interested in taking advantage of Iguality’s hiring network must first register to the system and create an account.
