Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate's degree, postsecondary certificate, or technical training in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electrical technology, or industrial maintenance
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician or in a similar technical role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and specialized technical software
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering schematics
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
