  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customers
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Manage and train store staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan promotional campaigns for new products or specials
  • Ensure that the store or warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free from hazards
  • Mediate any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalate situations professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, Stock Controller, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player while also working independently
