Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program for entry-level positions
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program for clinical positions and advanced roles
  • State licensure as required (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent depending on state and role)
  • Completion of supervised fieldwork or internship hours as required by accrediting body
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse client populations
