  • Conduct social listening and monitor brand mentions, customer reviews, and competitor activity
  • Analyze social media metrics, engagement data, and performance indicators to measure campaign success
  • Track SEO, web traffic metrics, and conversion rates from social media channels
  • Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies
  • Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with ability to adapt voice for different platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and social media metrics to inform strategy
