Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and feedback to crew members as needed
  • Handle customer complaints, issues, and employee disputes
  • Resolve guest concerns by following brand-recommended guest recovery processes
  • Open and close registers, account for daily intake, and prepare cash deposits
  • Manage cash handling and administrative functions including close-outs, safe accountability, and cash drops
  • Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Ensure the store is clean and fully stocked to provide an elevated guest experience
  • Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks and desserts
  • Report any issues that arise during the shift to management
  • Execute brand standards, recipes, and systems
  • Conduct inventory counts and process orders as directed by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or supervisory role
  • Leadership skills and understanding of management styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Conflict resolution and customer service skills
  • Team building skills to establish professional relationships and trust with employees
  • Ability to enforce company policies and compliance requirements by modeling appropriate behavior
