Responsibilities

  • Dust and polish furniture, clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance
  • Empty trash containers and ashtrays, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, showers, sinks, and fixtures
  • Restock and replenish minibar beverages and food items, maintaining accurate inventory
  • Clean public areas, corridors, and common spaces to maintain overall facility appearance
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, conduct final checks, and ensure all guest supplies are fully stocked
  • Report maintenance issues, technical problems, safety hazards, or room damage to supervisors promptly
  • Respond to guest requests and queries courteously and efficiently, providing assistance as needed
  • Secure each guest room upon completion of cleaning and ensure privacy is respected

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Physical fitness and stamina with ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 35-66 pounds) and perform tasks involving bending, stretching, and carrying equipment
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods, including entire shifts
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-performance standards
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy nature with respect for guest privacy and property
  • Professional, polite, and friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness
