Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to recall ingredients and dishes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Current food handler's card and RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
