  • Coordinate with various teams including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance to ensure project goals are met
  • Develop specifications for project equipment and materials
  • Create frameworks to measure project metrics and establish data collection methods
  • Establish field test methods and monitor the quality of testing procedures
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate necessary corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, technical specifications, and design calculations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 4 or more years of experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning
  • Strong project management and supervision skills
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
  • Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • Experience with engineering change request (ECR) and engineering change order (ECO) processes
  • Knowledge of specific industry sectors such as power, construction, manufacturing, or automation

  • Familiarity with circuit design and electrical systems
  • Experience in database design and development
