Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in product development, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework
  • Experience working with multiple Business Analysts across project teams
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and web technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Technical ability to partner effectively with development teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate user needs into product functionality
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
