  • Transport inventory, equipment, and materials between showrooms, lots, storage facilities, and other designated areas
  • Handle guest luggage, belongings, and items with care, ensuring proper tagging and delivery to appropriate locations
  • Greet guests at front desks or entrances and provide helpful information or direct them to relevant personnel
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for meetings, conferences, or special events
  • Monitor building premises for safety hazards and place warning signs such as wet floor or wet paint notices
  • Restock supplies in restrooms and communal areas to ensure continuous availability
  • Support deliveries by receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in designated locations
  • Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lots, driveways, and building entrances
  • Respond immediately to cleaning emergencies, major spills, and urgent maintenance requests
  • Provide shuttle services for customers and complete home deliveries when required
  • Take detailed notes on vehicle inventory location and condition in automotive settings
  • Answer or transfer phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Run errands and complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for positions requiring vehicle operation)
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing at least 30-70 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
