Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and various cooking methods and procedures
  • Ability to cook all proteins to proper temperature
  • Strong understanding of food health and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment

  • Physical ability to stand and move for entire shifts of eight hours or more
