- Perform water rescues and administer CPR, first aid, and basic life support when necessary
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a professional and respectful manner
- Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly, including drowning, injuries, and medical emergencies
- Conduct regular safety checks of pool area, equipment, and chemical storage facilities
