Responsibilities

  • Manage email systems, file servers, and Active Directory services
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and SOX
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on IT systems and software
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions for procurement
  • Conduct system audits and assess IT outcomes to identify areas for improvement
  • Create and implement disaster recovery plans and backup procedures
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain hardware and software inventories and manage IT asset lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT management or relevant IT leadership roles
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, network administration, and network installation
  • Expertise in operating systems including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments
  • Hands-on experience with server administration, DNS, DHCP, and file server management
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity principles, security tools, and data protection practices
  • Experience with firewall administration and VPN configurations
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Budget management and cost optimization experience
  • Ability to work within regulatory and compliance requirements
