  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including conducting performance reviews and evaluations
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, conducting market research to ensure competitive packages
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts through investigation and resolution
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance
  • Manage HRIS, payroll systems, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Oversee workers' compensation, leave management, and absence tracking processes
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives
  • Coordinate with external vendors, insurance providers, and legal counsel as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or generalist role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices across all functional areas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
