  • Create and run employee referral bonus programs to support talent acquisition efforts

  • Prepare employment contracts, salary increment letters, and promotion letters

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar senior-level HR role
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities with experience managing and developing HR teams
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
