  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in kitchen management or as a Sous Chef
  • Exceptional culinary skills including advanced food preparation techniques, flavor profiles, and cooking best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively oversee and motivate kitchen staff
  • In-depth knowledge of all kitchen sections and stations to efficiently manage operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
