Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of construction experience, with proven supervisory or foreman experience
  • Advanced knowledge of construction procedures, methods, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project plans
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines, safety protocols, and building codes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to delegate tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50-80 pounds, and work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Minimum age of 21 years

  • Associate degree in construction management, building construction, or related field
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with construction management software and technology tools
  • Specialized expertise in specific trades such as carpentry, concrete work, steel fabrication, or millwork
  • Experience managing projects in commercial, heavy civil, or infrastructure construction
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Experience as an apprentice or in multiple construction trades
