Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or similar fast-paced coordination role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with minimum 35 words per minute
  • Strong data entry capabilities and ability to maintain accurate records
