Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, architecture, or related field
  • Three or more years of proven experience in managing construction projects
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations
  • Understanding of building codes, safety codes, and quality standards
  • Knowledge of construction methods, technologies, and worksite safety practices
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications
  • Strong leadership and human resources management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities

  • Professional certifications such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), AC (Associate Constructor), or CPC (Certified Professional Constructor)
  • LEED AP certification (Building Design and Construction or Interior Design and Construction)
  • OSHA Safety Certifications (10-hour or 30-hour construction training)
  • Experience working on multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience as an estimator, building technician, surveyor, or site supervisor
  • Familiarity with construction management software and cost-estimating tools
  • Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable construction methods
  • Understanding of LEAN construction practices and project delivery methods
  • Experience with construction technologies and digital tools
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language
