  • Develop comprehensive plans for repairs, maintenance, and replacement of existing infrastructure

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of proven civil engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license for roles involving public safety and infrastructure design
  • Proficiency in design and visualization software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation
  • Strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and chemistry
  • Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control
  • Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high accuracy in calculations and design
  • Excellent project management and supervision capabilities
