In a significant development for Singapore’s HR technology landscape, X0PA AI and ST Engineering e-Services have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on April 3, 2025. This collaboration brings together X0PA AI’s cutting-edge artificial intelligence recruitment platform and ST Engineering e-Services operational expertise, as one of Singapore’s largest home-grown multi-functional Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
X0PA AI streamlines repetitive workflows while empowering smarter decisions through advanced analytics and intelligent data insights, while ST Engineering e-Services has been providing comprehensive BPO services, including AI driven, Tech enabled HR BPO services since 2007. In consolidating the expertise of both teams, X0PA AI and ST Engineering e-Services would be better equipped to understand the evolving needs of organizations in Singapore and beyond, and collaborate with the aim of delivering integrated HR services that combines technological innovation with human expertise. The MoU was signed on 3 April 2025, by Patrick Ong (General Manager, eServ) and Nina Alag Suri (Founder & CEO, X0PA AI), in the presence of senior representatives from both organisations. It outlines the key areas of collaboration, with focus placed on operational and technological synergies.
