Workforce Singapore is a governmental organisation which hires for over 100,000 roles each year. With such a huge number of roles posted, they needed to identify the right talent quickly. As a result, they whitelisted a solution utilising 4 of our APIs – Suggested Talent, Application Score, Skills Taxonomy and Resume Parsing, to facilitate extraction, processing and AI scoring of candidate profiles such that employers can view candidates in stacked rank fashion and view suggested talent from a database of over 1 million candidates.
The impact of this was huge. With over 20% of the time saved, this not only equates to thousands of hours of manual work saved but ensures that they can hire the best candidates sooner which results in a positive win-win situation between employer and employee. We have continued to work with Workforce Singapore each year with over 1 million candidates found for them in total.
